PRIVACY POLICY
1. BASIC TERMS
1.1. Company or Data Controller – UAB MANTAGAS, a private limited liability company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with legal entity code 300027502, and registered office at Mokyklos g. 3A, Mokolai, LT-68461 Marijampolė.
1.2. Client or Data Subject – a natural person who is a client of the Company (including website visitors), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company’s online store located at https://veltron.lt/.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information related to a natural person – Data Subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined by using such data as personal identification number, one or several characteristics of physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social nature.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed on personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, linking, modification (adding or correcting), provision, publication, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction, or any other action or set of actions.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company related to its activities, or selling goods to the Company, or carrying out joint projects with the Company, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, joint sales campaigns, loyalty programs, etc., in media, websites, the Online Store, retail stores, and trade networks.
1.8. Cookie – a small piece of text information that is automatically created while browsing a website and is stored on the visitor's computer or other device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals by mail, phone, or other direct means, and/or inquiring about their opinion on the offered goods or services.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document which sets out the principles and rules of Personal Data processing while using the services of the Online Store.
1.11. Account – the main login information for the Client’s access to the Online Store, consisting of one email address and a Password.
1.12. Password – a unique combination of numbers, letters, or symbols created by the Client, which allows access to the Online Store when entered.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to carry out all Personal Data processing actions within the scope and purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Legal Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating Personal Data processing and protection, as well as this Privacy Policy.
2.3. In the Company, Personal Data is processed according to the following principles:
2.3.1. Personal Data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes;
2.3.2. Personal Data is processed accurately, fairly, and legally;
2.3.3. Personal Data is adequate and only to the extent necessary for their collection and further processing;
2.3.4. Personal Data is kept up to date;
2.3.5. Personal Data is stored in a form that allows the identification of Data Subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed.
2.3.6. All information about Personal Data is confidential;
2.3.7. The Client's Personal Data and personal information will not be used for illegal purposes.
2.4. It is considered that the Client has read and agrees with the current version of the Privacy Policy when making a purchase in the Online Store. If the Client disagrees with any part of the Privacy Policy, they must not place an order and must not purchase goods from the Online Store.
2.5. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed in the Online Store and printed at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented, or updated at the Company's discretion. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store.
2.6. The Client can place an order in the Online Store without registration, or through their Account after registering in the Online Store.
2.7. During the initial registration for the Online Store via the Account, the Client must provide their email address and create a secure Password, as well as provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store. The Client is responsible for their accuracy. After creating an Account, the Client receives an identification code.
2.8. By using the Services and purchasing in the Online Store, the Client must always provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store and is responsible for its accuracy.
2.9. The Client has the right to change and supplement their Personal Data in the Account at any time or request the Online Store to delete the Account.
2.10. The Client must not disclose their Password to third parties and must keep it secure; otherwise, all related liability rests with the Client.
3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Company respects every Client's right to privacy. The Client's Personal Data (i.e., first name, last name, email address, phone number, goods/services delivery address, age/year of birth, payment information for goods/services (bank account number, payment method, etc.), purchase history, and, with the Client's consent, age, gender, birth date, place of residence) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. For the purpose of electronic commerce. The following Personal Data is processed: first name, last name, email address, phone number, goods/services delivery address, age/year of birth, IP address, payment information for goods/services. The retention period for Personal Data used for electronic commerce purposes is 5 (five) years from the date of the last login to the Online Store.
3.1.2. For the purpose of direct marketing. The following Personal Data is processed: first name, last name, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, birth date, place of residence. The retention period for Personal Data used for direct marketing purposes is 5 (five) years from the date of the last login to the Online Store.
3.2. The Client may give consent for their Personal Data (first name, last name, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, birth date, place of residence) to be processed for the purpose of direct marketing. If the Client has given consent for their data to be processed for direct marketing purposes and to receive direct marketing communications, the Client may later withdraw that consent and inform the Company, and the Company will no longer process their Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and will not send any electronic newsletters to the Client, except for information related to the Client's order.
3.3. The Client has the right to withdraw their consent for the Company to process their Personal Data for direct marketing purposes at any time, by sending an appropriate notification to the Company via email at info@mototop.lt and clearly indicating that they withdraw their consent to use their Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and do not wish to receive any direct marketing communications.
3.4. The Client also has the option to refuse to exercise their right to object to the processing of their Personal Data for direct marketing purposes by clicking the corresponding link included in every sent email.
3.5. The Client, as a Data Subject, has the following rights related to the processing of their Personal Data:
3.5.1. to obtain information from the Company about the processing of their Personal Data, and to access their Personal Data and how it is processed;
3.5.2. to receive information from the Company about the sources from which their Personal Data was collected, what Personal Data has been processed, for what purposes, and to whom the data has been provided or was provided at least within the last year;
3.5.3. to request the correction or destruction of their Personal Data or to stop, except for storage, the processing of their Personal Data, when the Personal Data is processed in violation of the provisions of the Personal Data Legal Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws.
3.6. To exercise their rights, the Client must provide a passport, identity card, or driver's license. The Company provides the Data Subject with information about the processed Personal Data free of charge once a year. The Client can exercise their rights specified in point 3.5 by contacting the Company via email at info@mototop.lt. The Company has the right to correct, change, delete Personal Data, or stop processing Personal Data only upon verifying the identity of the Client who has made the request.
3.7. The Client's Personal Data will not be provided to third parties, except in the following cases:
3.7.1. When the Client's consent is obtained, as indicated in this Privacy Policy;
3.7.2. Personal Data is provided to Partners for electronic commerce purposes, providing services related to the Company's activities;
3.7.3. In cases stipulated by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania to competent authorities.
3.7.4. Payments in the Online Store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, whose operator is Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore, your personal information necessary for the payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
3.8. The Client's Personal Data may be stored electronically in the Company’s information system. The Company takes all necessary measures to ensure that Personal Data is protected from unauthorized access or any other illegal processing.
3.9. The Client's Personal Data may be stored in hard copy if required by law. In this case, the Company ensures that the Client's Personal Data is securely stored in locked premises with limited access.
4. COOKIES
4.1. Cookies are used to improve the website's performance and the quality of services offered by the Company. The Company may use cookies for various purposes, including but not limited to:
4.1.1. Ensuring the functionality of the Online Store;
4.1.2. Analyzing the use of the Online Store and improving its performance;
4.1.3. Providing the Client with personalized content and offers;
4.1.4. Identifying the Client when they visit the Online Store;
4.1.5. Analyzing and improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
4.2. The Client can choose to accept or decline cookies in their web browser settings. However, if the Client chooses to decline cookies, some features of the Online Store may not function properly.
4.3. The Client can delete cookies at any time in their web browser settings. The Client can learn more about cookies and how to manage them on websites such as https://www.allaboutcookies.org/ and https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1. This Privacy Policy is effective from the moment of its publication on the Online Store.
5.2. The Client may contact the Company with questions or requests regarding their Personal Data by sending an email to info@mototop.lt.
5.3. The Company will respond to the Client's request within a reasonable time, not exceeding one month from the date of receipt of the request.
5.4. If the Client believes that their rights regarding Personal Data protection have been violated, they have the right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania.
